Denmark's green think tank, CONCITO, and the largest green organizations' memorandum that calculates the CO2 effects of the Danish Social Democrats'/Socialist People's Party's tax proposal. The conclusion is that if the proposal was implemented in 2012, in practice it would be extremely difficult to achieve a 40 % CO2 reduction in 2020.
